Mac client not working

hi brothers，My Device PSA3000-V Current version: 9.1R4 (build 4763), can be connected using Mac client (9.1.15, 15821), but cannot be used normally. The Win client can connect and use normally. I'm not sure what the problem is and would appreciate help.
