Internal browser works when VPN is up, but no other apps work (like Chrome, Firefox, JuiceSSH, etc.). Samsung Galaxy, Android 10(pulse 9.8.0), ON WIFI & cell data. It only works if you disable manual DNS settings on your phone. I had mine running through 1.1.1.1, didn't work. Set the phone to automatical DNS and then Pulse works fine with external apps.
