2¼ Auth using RSA - MacBook

Hi,

I have a MAG working as Secure Access.

I created a realm using AD as primary auth and an ACE with RSA as second auth.

When I use Junos Pulse, testing with any Windows computer, I insert login and password to connect and then appear another screen with one field to put the token. But when I tested with MacBook, the second screen had shown two fields (username and passcode). I tried to insert the username, domain\username or left blank, but it didnt work.

Could someone help me in this topic? Have you already saw this issue?

What version of Pulse are you using?

What does the user access log show when the user tries to login from the Mac?

We are using Junos Pulse 3.0R3 and Mac OS 10.7.

In the User Access log, we received a failed auth message when he tried to login.

I've reviewed the release notes and this may be fixed in 3.0R4.

Refer to PR# 787265. The PR states the end user was receiving the error message of  "passcode format error"
