I can't believe Juniper technical support has not been made aware of the HC issues with 7.1.1...

When the next end user calls today with the issue, I'm going to escalate the issue to JTAC so they can investigate.

Honestly though, this clearly looks like some sort of a bug -- yet again. <sigh>

If you're not happy with 7.2R1.1 then don't bother downloading 7.2R2. It has the same issues with hostchecker. It failed our regression testing on the second item. Hostchecker goes into a loop and never stops. It's pretty awesome.

This started after we used the VPN to change the password on the user account.

I didn't realize 7.2 was out! I'm going to try it on our DR box today. Let ya know later today if it resolves the HC issue for us. Release notes make no mention of it, but ya never know.

I'm waiting for 7.1 R10 which is due out later this month. The 7.2 builds are junk. I have no idea why they would bother to post them as GA releases.

Because its probably the only one that the latest CVE vulnerability is fixed in.
