9.1r17 won't stage

PSA 300 currently on 9.1r11.5.  I sucessfully upload file to stage.  wait about 1 min, then I see staging happening (verifiy,extracting,etc), then it finishes and I go back to upgrade page and install From Staged Package is grayed out.   and Delete Staged package is grayed out.   admin log shows that it was staged?!   I might have messed up my first attempt and browsed away before it finished staging.. so now I think I have multiple r17's staged??    anyone else have this issue?

i have not seen that yet. did you leave the upgrade page while the upload was in-progress?

Yes, for sure I left the upgrade page by mistake after the upload finished but before I saw the Extracting.... page start.  it was a mistake.  BUT I was able to Delete staged package.   but now that's grayed out.   I'm opening a case.
