A check called undefined after Host Checker?

We recently upgraded to 7.3R3 from 7.0R9 and there is a new check that happens during a user login sessions it loads it after Host Checker and it says it is "undefined" i have looked through the policy and and also through a policy trace and i cant find another check that is suppose to run. Any one else see this and know what is this?

I have not seen this issue.  Where are you seeing this undefined message?

when the user is logging in they get the host checker first and then this undefined. I am attaching a screenshot

What version of ESAP are you using?  I did see a similar report about an issues with ESAP 2.1.2.  The result was upgrading to the latest ESAP release resolved the issue.

If you are using custom sign-in pages you need to recreate them with the template files from 7.3.

Have the user clear their cache; I have seen this with IE 8/9 and that upgrade is done as the browser changed cache behavior & no longer fetches the files regardless of the server information (like it did before).
One of the files was changed between those versions and IE will not get the change until you clear the cache (or upgrade to 7.3R5 that has a change to force the browser to update the cached files)
