AV download not working

Hi All,

Been seeing this error on Mag devices since Saturday. I've tried a few different credentials now with the same result. Any ideas? If not, I'll log with JTAC.

Unable to download current virus signature list from 'https://download.juniper.net/software/av/uac/epupdate_hist.xml'. Reason: Invalid credentials - '401'.

Many thanks. Still no joy unfortunately. I'll log a ticket with JTAC and let you know what, if anything, works in the end.

That is strange. Apart from faq # 3 in above KB I'm not aware of any other issues that result in 401 error code (apart from a genuine account lockout issue or wrong credential issue)

To test I would recommend logging into my.pulsesecure.net and make sure your account in not locked out due to repeated invalid attempts

(note: above applies only to users that have created an account on my.pulsesecure.net)

Hi All,

Think I've resolved it now. I hadnt associated the existing account in Pulse Secure, I had only reset the password to stronger complexity. Once I associated all my other accounts, its kicked into life and working now.
