I'm having an issue accessing an Jira web page. I seem to have the same issue as this: https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB40454
I get the main page, but the dashboard doesn't load. None of the drop-down menu options appear either.
I've tried adding that filter but with no luck. Also, the article above was for an older version, we're now using 9.1R5.
I don't know whether I have to revert to using a passthrough proxy or other solution. I've tried PTP but no luck either as I can't easily define a DNS entry outside as it's on a network I don't control and the PCs accessing the PSA are locked down without the ability to add an entry in the hosts file.
At this point, I'd recommend opening a case with our support team. Sounds like we'll need to do a remote session with you so we can capture the traffic and then craft an updated filter if our standard rewriter engine isn't working. We've had other customers use JIRA through Core Access without issue in the 9.x releases of PCS.
Thanks Craig, I might have to resort to that. I'll have to see how we can provide access as it's an offline / disconnected system.
