Is it possibe to force Active directory policy to users who liging via IVE with use of WSAM or so?

If yes pls let me know how to proceed.....

I would say no. I think of port forwarding as one direction, user to network. The user doesnt really get an addressable IP. I think you would want to use NetConnect to make this happen.
