We've upgraded our PCS from 9.1R11.3 to 9.1R11.4.
Although the 'Enable automatic upgrade...' is turned on and the default factory version 220.127.116.1175 is activated clients are not prompted to upgrade.
All our clients are running versions < 9.1R11.*
Is this a known issue in R11.4?
Experiencing the same issue going from 9.1R11 -> 9.1R11.4. Clients will not upgrade to 18.104.22.16875.
Same issue with 9.1R11.5, clients dont get an update prompt regardless of theyr version.
I just opened a support ticket for this. I haven't been able to find any bug info regarding this (other than this and another forum post). I'm hoping it's been corrected in 9.1R12, but I'm not seeing it in the list of bug fixes in the release notes.
