Dramatic. After successful login all of the Pulse Secure clients hang in "Please wait... Launching Pulse Secure. This may take a few seconds to a couple of minutes...". Nothing ever happens... After all the security-misery in the previous weeks and the previous versions, now this occurs after installing the recommended version that should solve all security-misery. I had to rollback to 11.1. Our whole organisation is not amused.
Hello, Have you received any feedback from Pulse regarding your issues after upgrading? We are currently waiting to upgrade until we are certain our clients will be able to connect after the upgrade.

Is it desktop clients? Windows? Mac?
Do you have Pulse Secure configured to automatically upgrade the clients that connect?
How are the clients authenticating ? Local, AD, RADIUS, MFA ?
Is it afecting every type of authentication ?

Try uninstalling Pulse Setup Client and then see if that works as that is what worked for me.
we had the same issues on different Clients.
We solved the problem, by deInstalling ALL Juniper/Pulse related Apps/Programms in Windows and install the correspondending Pulse Sources from the PulseSecureConnect OS
