I have started getting the below error when trying to connect to a server via terminal services.
Device Pulse Secure Mag 2600
8.3 R7.1 (Build 65025)
An internal state error has occurred. The remote session will be disconnected. Your local computer might be low on memory. Close some programs, and then try connecting to the remote computer again.
Was it working before?
Did you create the bookmark after login to the VPN or the admin provisioned it for you?
is this all connections?
there are some things that will cause that message:
Your Organisation might have enabled Network Level Authentication for Remote desktop connection.
To verify these settings go to System properties > Remote >Remote Desktop > check whether "Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication" is enabled on Windows Desktop.
If yes, do the following changes on Pulse Secure (Admin Access Required to do following changes)
Check your respective "Bookmarks" settings under "Terminal Service Resource profiles". Make sure "Network Level Authentication" is checked.
