Pulse needs iOS4.1 or later - currently not available for the iPad. iOS 4.2 is allegedly scheduled for November for the iPad, so I'm guessing that'll be when you can get it for the iPad.

Junos Pulse doesn't show up in the AppStore on iOS 4.2 Beta for the iPad...

Just got 4.2 for my iPad and I still don't see the Pulse client in the App Store.

Same here, just updated the iPad and cannot find any reference for junos pulse

Find Junos Pulse on the Apple Store on your browser, click it through to your iTunes, install from there. It is the iPhone version, but works fine.
