Aruze-MFA connection don't work after Upgrade to 9.1R11.3 and Workaround-2104.xml file import

Over the weekend I upgraded my PSA5000 cluster from version 9.1R1 to version 9.1R11.3. The installation went perfectly, as far as I can tell.  After the upgrade I imported the Workaround-2104.xml file.

Now, the connection profile that uses Azure MFA no longer works.

However, the connection profile that uses RADIUS does work. Only Azure-MFA is affected.

Did anyone else experieince this?
Do any of you know how to fix this problem ?

i do not think we have seen that yet. what do you see in your user access log?

I did open a case with PS support.  Then I escalated it.   I still have heard NOTHING back from Pulse Secure tech support. They aren't responding to the case.

Did Ivanti lay off a lot of the support engineers ? 

Pulse Secure support used to be great, but now i can't get any response.
