Authentication rejected by server (Error: 1308) on W2019

Dear all:

I can use Pulse Secure on W10 with no issues, however I installed the client ps-pulse-win-9.1r11.0-b6725-64bitinstaller.msi on W2019 and I created the same connection that I use in W10 but the login process fails with the message 'Authentication rejected by server (Error: 1308)'. Is there any special configuration or port that must be used/opened on Windows 2019?.

is that server 2019 or a windows 10 build? server 2019 is not a supported client (which may or may not cause what you are seeing)

@cnegroni It appears that something at the realm level restriction is failing. please check the user access logs.
