Auto disconnect NC tunnel when close redirect Start page

hi guys,

need your help.

i have scenario on ssl vpn like this :

when user login, user will be get the redirect page and automatically start the NC.
I setup it on Custom Page on start page URL and without showing browsing toolbar.
When user logon, redirect page was appear and NC start also, but when user close the page, NC still present. Can the NC automatically shutdown when user close their redirect page or i should using browsing toolbar to sign out the user??

The users are closing the page and not clicking sign-out from the custom page? 

If you do not want the actual menu bar, try adding a link in the custom URL to invoke the sign out process, which will in turn exit NC.

I believe the user needs to actually invoke a sign-out for NC to detect it.
