Auto refreshing after several seconds

Dear all,

My company is using pulse secure for connecting VPN.
But My computer has one problem after connected pulse secure vpn.
After connected about several seconds, it will refresh with disconnect and connect for every several seconds.
It will disturb my connection to the server in the vpn network as it will refresh.
Our company support also does not know why?
And it only happens in my computer.
I tried to remove my profile in pulse secure client and recreate again but still no use.
Please help.

Does it happen regardless of the network you are connected against or only at home?

It also happen at home or in office.

What is the laptop model?
Both wired & wireless connections to the internet?
Do you have Cisco or McAfee software installed? F5?

I have tried wired or wireless network. Problem also exists.
My Laptop is dell Latitude 3440. Have McAfee Antivirus installed and No cisco software.
I also suspect this antivirus make these problems. How to solve it if so? I cannot uninstall it as my company VPN need it installed.

Thank you for confirming that you have McAfee installed for your AV
It could be that that is causing the issue; we have seen some McAfee products block our VPN
I would recommend working with your team to open a support case with us so we can check on what you are seeing more in-depth
