Azure SAML Authentication Browser Issue

Hello,

I am attempting to switch to Azure AD SAML authentication.  My issue is that the Pulse connect secure application prompts to authenticate using Internet Explorer.   Is there any way we can get it to use Edge(chromium)?   We are having issues with the fact that we have activex filtering enabled and hostchecker is unable to load in IE. (users are unable to allow the Activex control like they normally can in IE)

Re: Azure SAML Authentication Browser Issue

please test with the following items set to true on the connection set (please note you will need to either install this with the jamCommand or push the updated component set to a user for this to work):

  • embedded browser enabled
  • Enable FIDO2 U2F for SAML authentication enabled
  • using the 9.1R13 client

Re: Azure SAML Authentication Browser Issue

@sksksk Please enable the embedded browser using the preconfiguration (connection set) as suggested by @zanyterp as it'll save from IE active-x issues. FIDO mode will use Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF) for supporting SAML auth.
