Bookmark access mail

Hi,

I have created a bookmark to access web mail access, and it doesnt work. the error is this

Check if ACL permits this connection. Capture a TCP dump on the SA (under troubleshooting -> tools -> TCP dump) when accessing web mail, this should help in determining why the connection does not succeed.

It could be a number of things. Since the log message specifies an "SSL sessions cannot be established" make sure your mail server is enabled for SSL, that is has a valid SSL cert, and that there isn't a firewall or network device blocking the 443 connection from the SA. Also, on your Role, check in the Advanced section of Web Options and verify you are allowing access to untrusted sites. If not, you may need to enable that or upload the CA root cert that issued your mail server certificate.
