I tried to looking for it today in your website and I cannot find it. Where I can download it today?

Login to my.pulsesecure.net
Click on “Licensing & Download Center”
Click on “Downloads”
Click on Pulse Secure
Click on Pulse Connect Secure
Click on Pulse Secure Desktop Client
Find the R1 or R1.0 of the desired release (for example 5.1R1.0, 5.2R1)
Accept the EULA
Accept the export compliance
Click on the *.brandingtools.zip

I can not find the documentation for this. does anyone have an idea? in app there is a text with link, but the link does not work... (ps-pulse-22.3r1.0-b18209-brandingtools.zip)

It can be found from the documentation site by looking at the Pulse Desktop pages. One of the links then has a link for customization.
