I wasn't sure where to post this. I thought the forums were just unavailable for too long a time before I realized it's a broken link.
http://support.juniper.net redirects to https://www.juniper.net/customers/support/
On that page there is a link named "J-Net Discussion Forums". If you click it, you get a 404.
The problem is that link goes to https://forums.juniper.net/jnet/ but the forums are not HTTPS-accessible. Eithehr the link needs changed to HTTP or HTTPS needs enabled. The link used to work.
