Browser Agent of Appliance?

Hi All,

I have a web resource that recently appears to have started screening by Browser Agent string and its deny all connection because it doesn't think the user is using a supported browser. Is there a way to have the appliance send specific browser strings so the web server thinks it's getting a connection from IE11 or some other supported browser?

My only other through was to set this one up as a SAM site, but I'd rather not do that...

Thanks.

Re: Browser Agent of Appliance?

The same user-agent string should be presented to the backend
Do you see the change on HTTPwatch or Fiddler captures?

Re: Browser Agent of Appliance?

The same Laptop/Browser works when hitting the resource internally without the VPN, just not through the VPN, so I haven't tried to look at the traffic as it's leaving the laptop, not thinking it would do any good..

Re: Browser Agent of Appliance?

Can you collect a session recording, HTTPWatch, and TCP dump of the session for PCS access & TCP dump & HTTPWatch of direct access and open a case for our support team to review, please?
