Bug upgrading from 9.1R14 to 9.1R15.2

Hello,

On upgrading from 9.1R14 to 9.1R15.2, people with Pulse Secure Setup Client 9.1R14 can not access anymore. They have to manually uninstall that program in order to update it.

Yours faithfully,

Re: Bug upgrading from 9.1R14 to 9.1R15.2

Hello,

No, I have just upgraded to 9.1R15.2. I have not try 9.1R16 version yet. Our service provider recommended to upgrade to 9.1R15.2.

Besides, I asked our service provider a few days ago to open a support case but he has not confirmed yet whether he did it.

I wonder we are not the only one who is suffering this bug.

Hello,

There is an open case: 00520556

Unfortunately, our reseller has not arrange yet a remote session to troubleshoot the issue. I work for the end customer and I am in charge of the VPN SSL service.

Yours faithfully,

Jesús Ángel.
