BullGuard Internet Security 15.0.301.2

Has anyone else seen/recieved reports of the above not working with Juniper?

Seeing the following on my SA2500

"BullGuard Internet Security 15.0.301.2 does not comply with policy. Compliance requires real time protection enabled"

despite the ESAP listing BullGuard Internet Security 15.x as compatible.

Checked with the user in question, realtime scanning is enabled, program fully updated, PC has been restarted.

Any help would be appreciated

I was able to replicate this issue in-house as well. Could you please open a support ticket with the oesis diagnostic logs from https://www.juniper.net/support/downloads/?p=esap?

Please let me know what your ticket number is so I can confirm you are running into the same issue.

It looks like a quick workaround is to lower the UAC control.  Once I lowered this to 'Never Notify', this is allowing HC to pass.

We (OPSWAT) have identified the root caues of the issue. A fix will be issued in the next scheduled update and we may make a patch available to Juniper before then.

The fix should be in ESAP 2.8.1.  Once a release date has been confirmed, I will update the following thread.
