What is the issue you are seeing?
The system needs full internet access in order to have a chance at it working; however, even then it may require additional rewrite filters or code changes on the PCS
Another option, that may provide longer-term access, is to use passthrough proxy on either a high port (11000-11099) or virtual hostname.
