Can not authen AD acc on Pulse Secure (Azure)

Hi everyone,

I have issue about authen AD acc on Pulse Secure (Azure)

-Pulse Secure join domain success, connection between PulseSecure and AD is OK but i can not authen AD on Pulse Secure by acc AD, always "Returned error code : STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
    The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication"
Please help me! Thanks.

I was test authen AD acc:

-acc it.testvpn (expire password): status authen AD (PulseSecure) is Expire.

    The user account has expired.

-acc it.testvpn01:

What do you see on the AD event logs regarding the failure?

What is the time difference (skew) between the AD and VPN server? It should be same or difference not more than 5 mins.

when are you seeing these errors?
has the password for the admin account expired?
has the admin account expired or been disabled?
as [email protected]lr3y said, checking the time would be good; but based on those messages, i would also recommend making sure that the admin user is active/enabled/has permissions to login as well as the test user.
the messages you posted indicate that at least one of the accounts is not valid
