Can not connect via home wifi

I can connect to Pulse 5.3.3 easily through any wifi including phone hotspot, but as soon as I try via my home wifi,it fails. After clicking Connect, the login box says 'Connecting' but then it doesn't get any further. I've logged a call with my provider here in Singapore Singtel, but I'm awaiting a call back.

Make sure your home router supports VPN passthrough.  There may be an option to turn this on in your router / wifi / firewall security settings if your router supports it.  There could also be needed ports being blocked by your router / wifi / firewall.  Review the logs and see if anything is being blocked when you try to connect.

I have the same issue. Mobile hotspot is stable, as well as ethernet connection on home internet with pulse. Switching to home Wi-Fi connects but then drops, then connects, then drops, back and forth. Definitely a home router setting pertaining to Wi-Fi. I just haven't figured out exactly which setting.
