Can't access internal resources from mobile devices

I'm able to connect to our SA cluster fine from an android and iOS device. But after connecting i'm unable to access our intranet nor am i able to ping the assigned IP of the mobile device from my desk.

 

Is there a setting i'm missing on the SA side to make this work?
