Can't connect to Pulse Secure

I am unable to connect to Pulse Secure, but I get this error message "System Error. Please sign in and try again. If the problems continues, please contact your system administrator". After clicking on Ok, another message appear "Detected an internal error. Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator

do you know what the versions are you have installed on your system and what is on the appliance?
if you remove the software from the client, does it complete successfully?

@D.TROPEANO Can you try connecting from the pulse client (if you have one installed), instead of trying from the browser?
