Can't connect to internet

I'm an end user, several of us in the office need access to client application, we were giving instruction to connect to the other party's gateway, the gateway launch Pulse Secure Application Manager, once connected, We were able to use client application, everything were fine until recently we upgarded to Window 10.  We were not able to connect to internet after the secure application manager loaded, most of the time, we have to reboot 4 to 5 times in order to get the internet.  Anyone have any clue to what happen how to solve the issue?

I'm using LAN connection,

Windows 10 Pro v 1909

Pulse Secure Application Manager 9.0.3.64053

Re: Can't connect to internet

Since you're an end user I would recommend that you contact the IT personell responsible for the Pulse VPN. Its possible that they have it set so that you cannot access.  This may be based on an enforced policy.  They can adjust this if you can prove the need as long as there is not a hard fast no exception rule to this policy.
