i have a problem that i can't install network connect on my machine. i tried 3 different web browsers. it gives me this error : nc.windows.setup.24324. when i log in, it prompts me to download package. then, it can't be installed.....
What OS are you running? Also, the client side debuglog.log would help to understand the issue. Do you have a support ticket open so I can review the logs?
