Can't make it work Oracle E-Business Suite and MAG 4610

Please can someone help me in configuring functionality of oracle application through MAG 4610 cluster A/P (8.1R5).
I can open the login page and login in the oracle application but it fails while opening the application window throwing an error like "FRM-92120: Registry file http://app-server-ip-address:8000/OA-JAVA/Registry.dat is missing"
I have configured selective rewrite of the link (bookmarked) with action rewrite.
I do not understand how to configure pass through proxy, WSAM, JSAM.
Could someone give me a clear example including ip addresses?

When you create a web resource profile, click show all autopolicy types and then navigate under Autopolicy: Rewriting Options

you can configure PTP,WSAM or JSAM to launch the oracle application there itself

For PTP : make sure any port between 11000-11099 is open to the external interface like how you open port 443 to allow SSL connections to the device

WSAM/JSAM : you have to launch WSAM or JSAM before clicking on the web bookmark for the oracle application.There is an autolaunch option to launch WSAM/JSAM under the user role > SAM options.

Thank you Jai for you answer.
I was able to configure WSAM, but the problem I am facing now is that the application opens up or not based on the the version of the browser (example: IE ) and based on JAVA either. Last java release is driving me crazy (8 update 60), it seems to block the starting of the applet and even if i put in security exceptions of some URLs, it is not doing the trick. Do you have any other suggestions?
Any workaround?
