Cannot Log inside SA2500 Web - have console access

Recently several members of our security team had a sudden departure. Now we are stuck trying to get access to a SA2500. We have the login but not the mfa. I have console access but the super-admin session is not working with the error "the page you requested could not be found". I'm new to Juniper and stumbling around in the dark here. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

When attempting to login to the /dana-na/auth/url_admin/welcome.cgi
I get the message "

You do not have permission to login. Please contact your administrator."

/dana-na/auth/recover.cgi is redirecting to /dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi for me but for another user they get the "the page you requested could not be found".

i am sorry to hear you have seen this happen
from the serial console, choose option 6 to create a super-admin session
within 3 minutes, open the url it tells you (<pcs>/dana-na/auth/recover.cgi) and put the code in there and start adjusting the urls and auth servers & realms as-needed to login

my guess is that there are ip restrictions in place

if you are seeing that redirect, the superadmin session is not up yet; and it will fail once you are logged in

was able to locate a user who had access. I've got my account created now and was able to login.
