Cannot get hyperlink to work with customizing standard sign-in page Instructions field.

As anyone already figured out how to get a hyperlink to work in the instructions field, when customizing a standard sign-in page. Juniper states that you can use <ahref>, but doesn't provide any samples.

I've tried many different items, but all get hung up on the double quote.

Example:

<a href="https://blahblahblah.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi\>Click Here."</a>

Returns this in the source code view on the welcome.cgi. The web view shows the yellow message box as blank:

 if (document.getElementById('pleasewait1')) {

            document.getElementById('pleasewait1').innerHTML = <a href="https://blahblahblah.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi?p=help">Click here.</a>";

        }

I've tried single quotes, JavaScript escape characters, no quotes, the <a href tag as <ahref>, but no luck.

Any ideas?

I just tested and it worked for me. In the sample you put above, the second quote mark should be moved to after the cgi. And the slash should not be there in the first portion :
<a href="https://blahblahblah.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi">Click Here.</a>
