Hello,

While I am trying to connect SSLVPN, we are not able to connect Its prompt error . Certficate error.

Try connecting to the URL using a browser. You can then inspect the certificate to see what the issue could be.

It is possible for some reason (malcious or otheriwse) you are hitting a server spoofing you VPN box.

A common cause of this is if you are connecting through a hotspot that requires authentication. In this case it could be you have not authenticated yet and so are being redirected to the authentication page. Again using a browser may show you the cause.

The message in screen 1 is telling you that the name on the certificate does not match the url you are using in the pulse connection.  Certificates are issued to the specific url and the same url has to be used in pulse for the connection to elimiate this error.

Selecting that link should allow you to open and inspect the certificate itself and you can see what name the certificate was issued to.  If the name on the certificate is setup in your organizations DNS entries then you can use this instead of the url getting the error in pulse.
