Does anybody know how to overcome the problem with device certificate witch is treated like untrusted on Windows Mobile platforms, while on PC based devices everything is fine? The certificate is issued by trusted CA of course.
So you are saying you get a cert error on a mobile device but not on a normal PC?
What's the actual error message then? IS the CA you say it's trusted also known on the mobile device?
Using IE, you can export the CA that it's not trusting on the mobile device, then copy the exported cert to the mobile device. Once on the mobile device, you can install the cert, and if it's a true CA, then it should come up as a CA on the mobile.
I appear to have a simialr issue and have just logged a case in the KB.
Not sure if it will help you but we have found as short term fix if you get your users to log into Network Connect on thier mobile devices using a wired connection and then get them to log in again using the wireless connection, it may resolve the issue. However to our misfortune this apperas to be a short term fix (2-3 weeks).
