Change items in Client Application Sessions on client page

Hi folks,

I have two regional PSAs running 8.2R6. When a user logs in on the US one they see the following under Client Application Sessions:
Pulse Secure with a start button

When a user logs in on the UK one they see the following under Client Application Sessions:
Network Connect
Java Secure Application Manager
Both having start buttons.

I'd like for my UK setup to show the same result as the US system and get rid of Network Connect and Java Secure Application Manager. How can I make this happen?

On the roles assigned in the UK, make sure that JSAM is disabled and that the first role assigned has Pulse Secure enabled at Users>User Roles>roleName>General>Options
