I am having an issue with poor audio performance using Cisco IP Communicator over Network Connect. I do not have this issue over the Cisco IPSEC VPN.
Call do work, but audio cuts in and out. My internet connection is fast and I am not dropping my connection. Any thoughts?
Can you confirm you are maintaining an ESP tunnel over Network Connect? If you are using oNCP/NCP (or transport mode as SSL) this is not unexpected; you will need to determine why the ESP tunnel is not able to remain open.
