Citrix XenDesktop Sound Option / Clipboard Copy&Past

Hi, we use juniper sa4500 version 7.1R2 and have successfully configured a Citrix XenDesktop recource. The connection to the desktops works perfect, but we hear no sound from the virtuell client, should this work? Is there also a way to forbid clipboard copy&past with juniper? (like in the Terminal Service profiles) Thank you, br Thomas

Thomas, Not that I know why you are having sound problems, but I am wondering how you configured the access for XenDesktop and what version of XenDesktop are you running? Once I can get it working on our end, I'd be happy to test the sound as that's one of the main things we are also trying to get. (2-way voice for a soft-phone) Thanks. -Stephen

on the role you created for the virtual desktop, enable terminal services and set the options to what you need.

No, these are not possible using the built-in ICA.

If you use a custom ICA I have heard of these working as long as you define that sound should be used and copy-paste is not allowed.
