We currently have to SA4000s running in an A/P cluster with jIVE OS 5.3R10, and we've updated our SA2000 (lab) from jIVE OS 5.3R10 to 6.0R5. Unfortunately our lab now doesn't run citrix clients (unless configured using the terminal sessions Profile). We have a Citrix farm running Presentation Server 4.0 with a web front end, and get the error 2312 The ICA file appears to be corrupted. The pc's I'm trying it on, have the latest Citrix client installed (XenApp), and are running Windows XP SP 2 (with hotfix for W-SAM), and IE 6.
They've escalated to JTAC, but has anyone else had this issue?
We currently access our Citrix 4.5 farm through our SA 6000 active/passive cluster with 6.0R5. We recently upgraded from 5.5R2.1 without any issues. What is your configuration? Are you using JSAM to tunnel the traffic? If you can post more details about your configuration that would be helpful.
We allow Citrix via W-SAM (full client), but this policy is using the web front end for Citrix. For some reason it works in the existing, 5.3R10,, but not on 6.0R5. I've noticed the only similarities are that the pc's with the problem are running IE6, while the one that works runs IE7.
We've now upgraded to 6.2R1 (for ActiveSync support), and still have the same issue. Our clients running IE6 (XP), are still unable to connect via SSL, yet, the same machine once upgraded to IE7, all appears to work. Still getting the same error message on the IE6 machines. Has anyone else run into this issue? Using the Juniper default configuration for a Citrix web session.
