Connect to TS from a MAC

I am trying to setup Pulse Secure to allow MAC's to connect. I have a user that I am testing and they can connect fine and run bookmarks. But when they actually try to connect to their windows desktop it gives the following error

"Pulse Secure Application Launcher"

Failed to connect Server

This is after they click "allow" from the first popup after clicking the link. Should I just use html5 for mac's? or is there a simple fix for this

Re: Connect to TS from a MAC

Launching terminal server bookmarks in macOS will not work, since the Pulse Terminal Services Client is not available for macOS.

Please use HTML5 access or VPN tunneling feature.

Thanks Ray, thats what I thought but the error didn't seem like that was the problem. I have made HTML5 work so at least they have access.
