You wouldn't happen to be running HyperV on your system, would you?
If yes, can you disable the Pulse Secure/Juniper Network Service driver on the HyperV NIC and test? (https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB43614)

Hello, Can you please tell me how and where to check this SEP logs ? and how to whitelist the disabled adaptors ?
