I have been monitoring my IP (WAN) and it does not change, at least for a few hours. But the VPN reconects every 3 minutes. So I am thinking the "Three" answer about the dynamic IP may not be the cause.
Still pending to test another VPN under the same "Three" connection. I am not allowed to change the PulseSEcure configuration to other protocols (at least not on my work laptop). I could make some test if I could have a testing temporary license for my personal computer?

The debuglog is not in detailed mode, so a lot of info are lost.
Your issue could be related to the tcp keep-alive packets. Can you run a wireshark capture on your physical adapter while connected in VPN and search for the tcp keep-alive packets between your computer and the VPN concentrator IP?
When saving LOG, it saves many file. Which file should I look for?
