I am an trying to VPN to my school's network to access documents on a server. I am able to login through Pulse Secure and obtain a connected status. I am able to ping the IP address of the server and all goes well:

Minimum = 53ms, Maximum = 67ms, Average = 57ms
However when I try to access anything through explorer or a browser the connection times out. No change when I disable my firewall. I will be accessing from multiple locations with dynamic IPs.
