Issue 1308. I checked the forum, but nothing helps me.
My OS: Windows 10 (2004).
I have logs, but I don`t which exactly should I added here.

Pulse Client Logs:
1. Open Pulse Client.
2. File >> Logs >> Annotate >> "pulsetac"
3. File >> Logs >> Log level >> Detailed.
4. Replicate the issue.
5. File >> Logs >> Save as.
It works from my office wifi. But don`t work via my local wifi.
Would be possible to add the solution to this issue to this thread?
I ask because I am having the same issue on an Android device where the VPN connection drops consistently around the 5m 6s mark. The Key icon disappears from the Android status bar but the Pulse app still thinks it connected.

One of my colleagues (a network enginner) already has already rasied a ticket and is in contact with your support team.
I am a software developer working on an Android that is to be run on a device using your VPN so I thought I would have a quick look though your website and found this ticket that might detail a possible cause and or solution.
@staceyking This issue was fixed by the user itself @Holgar . Received a PM stating that the issue has been resolved by a tech engineer and fault domain was his/her home Wifi.. no other specifics were provided.
