I recently configured a web resource for a sharepoint website to use constrained delegation for single sign-on policy When a user logs into the sharepoint site, the credentials passes without an issue. However, when the user tried to open up a MS document, it just hangs with the message that it's trying to contact the server. The server that it's trying to contact is on my allow list. My question is, is there any limitation with constrained delegation that would prevent documents from opening up? I've tried to also configure a WSAM rewrite policy but it doesn't work and I don't believe constrained delegation is support with WSAM.
Pardon me if my question doesn't sound that coherent but I only have a rudimentay grasp of how delegation works.
