I would recommend checking with your PCS/VPN admin for more information on what you need in order to complete successful authentication

Hi,

As @zanyterp pointed, authentication failures has to be focused more on the VPN server, if you're so sure that the right credentials does not work.

VPN server logs are needed to investigate.
