Disabled SMBv1 on 2012R2 Server and now can't browse via PCS Portal

If I disable SMBv1 on any of our Windows 2012R2 Servers (SMBv2 and SMBv3 are still enabled) I can't browse to the share (\\server\share) using the PCS interface (The little box in the top right). Also any existing Windows Bookmarks for shares don't work saying "Failed to access the file share due to network connectivity problems or invalid information. Please contact your system administrator"

I'm running 8.3R1.1

Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately, SMBv1 is required for the file browsing to succeed; to operate without SMBv1 support enabled, an L3 or L4 connection is needed using Pulse, WSAM, or JSAM.

Please see http://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB40598 for more information
