On the data sheet it says that they can be deployed side by side. Is there a different rack mount kit that needs to be ordered?

Had to purchase a seperate piece called MAG-RAK1U2. Was also told by tech support that can use included kit for side by side but it says in documentation that it is a seperate part number. The included kit only allowed 1U.
