Downloading 8.1

Hi,
I have a SA 6500 which I want to upgrade from 6.5 to 8.1. I don't have a Pulse Secure account so how can I download the OS to upgrade the SA 6500. Do I need to register or is there another way to request the download.

If you have a Maintenance & Support contract on the SA6500 device you should be able to register and download at my.pulsesecure.net

Hi,
There are two SA 6500 appliances which are configured as a cluster (Active/Active). The IVE on the SA 6500 appliances have to be upgraded from IVE 6.5 to 8.1. I need some help with:-

How the SA appliances in Cluster can be upgraded from 6.5 to 8.1 i.e. direct from 6.5 to 8.1 or 6.5 to 7.1/7.2 and then to 8.1.
What is the best way to update the Network Connect is it via Juniper Installer Service or is there another way as well.

I am new to Juniper so need your help with the above.

In regards to upgrade path, you can refer to the R1 release notes of each major release which will state what is the recommend upgrade path. From 6.5, you will want to upgrade to 7.1 > 8.1.

Since NC is part of the server software, this will be automatically upgrade when your end user connect to the PCS device after the upgrade. Installer service is only needed if end users do not have admin rights to install PCS components. If this is the case, you will need to push Installer Service before before the upgrade process.
